I went out riding on a summer night And I met a good friend of mine She was looking around at all the pretty young things Like I'm also often inclined Well don't you think there's something important we missed That it's much too late to find We'll never know, we'll just grow old Feeling we wasted our time The sun was falling on the rooftops We found our way to a bar After a few we had put it all down Told each other just how dumb they all are I saw us together in my heart but it's true In bitterness we've gone too far X's for eyes, tell no more lies She can't hold up her head anymore I took her home to where she lives all alone And brought her inside I told her then that I guessed she would Probably survive But being smart never helped anyone And she mumbled something then cried Well maybe so, I had to go It's much too late for her and I

Well just how did you get here? It seems you smashed the gate There's no place for you among them Now it's time to hide and wait Howl into the night For this is where you must roam In the steamy jungles Of Monster Island Once you were so small And it seemed you might belong Then a terrible mutation And it all turned out so wrong There's nothing left to destroy Where no man dares to go But you just grow bigger and bigger On Monster Island Can you hear the others Glory stories of the horror days When it's time to destroy Tokyo There are a million ways What do you really want It's dangerous to know As we stalk the beaches Of Monster Island

Zee Fantos 04:28
Here I am again Soiled with need I've got a secret Just you and me I know it doesn't matter Except for stubborn pride But on our very souls The debts have run so high Freedom has no meaning Without the rock of shame Eroded by the ocean Washed out with the waves Look me in the eyes And rightly be afraid For if you see a monster We're one and the same I know it is a burden Desire grown so old I wish it could console me That you don't let me go Because I've wandered far away I dream you are my home And even more it hurts me To see you on your own

Chorusing 03:28
When we hear the chorus sing You know it don't mean anything Shout along when you know If you hear the chorus ring Though it don't mean anything Come on and let it go Na-na-na Ooh sha-na sha-na Whoa oh-oh oh-oh It's a nasty little song You know you best be come along Baby don't you know It's a dirty sing along You best be playin' all night long Now baby, now baby lets go When we chorus sing-a-ling Mean it don't matter anything I can't know anymore If you hear the church bell ring Donut matters everything Will you come I'm sore Eefin' chords will sound in vain Livin' on a mattress stain When it rains it pours Acid twitches sound so plain Livid rednecks pulse the main Gory when it gores First I hear a manhole gong Flashing lights then came along Open up the door Thirsty smear is smelling strong Fishnets show it off all wrong The doctor wants some more Whistled air and chorusing Microwaves cook anything Souse is longer you know Even ears or pickled feet Shout along for chorus meat Whoa oh-oh oh-oh Raise the roof then raise the cane 'Till the blood flows down the drain I'll show 'em how to dance Electric shocks inside the brain Turning pleasure into pain Give me one more chance Bong diggy dang diggy (etc) Diggy diggy dang dang Bo-hey now

about

Enziam 005
Recorded at the Hotel Titanic by Lars Appelgren during a brief reunion of the band after Philips "solo" album and before his disappearance. These are not the songs from the unfinished "Gibbon 3" sessions from earlier 2003. What was eventually found and salvaged from those sessions was later released as "lost".
